We have used Meyer’s for many years and have been very happy with their service on our furnace/AC, plumbing, and whole house generator.
Had a shower faucet which started leaking and did not properly adjust hot and cold water, called at 8 am and they came out promptly (9:30) and fixed the problem. Answered all questions well. Completely satisfied with them.
Was referred to Meyers by a contractor friend of mine. First experience. Zach, an owner, was pleasant to deal with. Price was fair for a new State water heater. We tried to troubleshoot the problem ourselves after watching several online videos, however there still were too many variables, and in the end, our house was too cold. Service technician was out to us as promised for an issue with the furnace. Technician was Chris…very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. Diagnosed our problem within 10 minutes. He was out the door with the problem fixed after replacing the part in less than an hour. Great experience!

We needed to replace our laundry sink with a new one, as well as have additional water lines installed and repaired for a washer. Meyer’s crew arrived before 9:00 a.m. and they did a really good job. We were very pleased with the work. They were very respectable going in and out of the house. They weren’t slow-poking around. They left everything nice, neat and clean. We would definitely recommend their plumbing services as well as their electrical services. We have called on Meyer’s a couple of times in the past to deal with electrical issues and they’ve always done a professional job. We look forward to contacting Meyer’s for our next project.

Service technician Mike was very pleasant and efficient. Made recommendation for proper air filter for our furnace. Cleaned dust from furnace and a couple vents. Definitely glad we called to get the furnace looked at. Doesn’t run every 5 minutes anymore and house stays warmer now.

Our water heater relief valve was malfunctioning so we called Meyer’s, who did the original install of the water heater in 2019. Anthony came prepared to replace the valve, which he did, but he found that the expansion tank was blown. He explained how both parts worked and made a quick trip to get us a new tank. Once installed, everything was operational and I was good to go! Anthony was professional, calm and knowledgeable. Thank you Meyer and best wishes to Anthony! We partner well together. Imagine a plumber, hvac or electrical project that requires drywall removal. This can be disruptive at times but we know first hand that Meyer’s will reach out to The Patchboys of Lake and Porter Counties to make sure all drywall concerns are covered. Most times its big relief when the customers know that their drywall issues will be resolved and their homes made whole again. They often have kind words for Meyer’s as well as The Patchboys for providing a seamless solution.

I am a landlord with numerous rental properties. I ALWAYS use Meyers for all my HVAC and electrical repair needs. Today Richard from Meyers cleaned my furnace and went down into my crawl space to reconnect an air duct that was needlessly blowing air into my crawl space. Called for service on my Navian boiler not working. Christine took my call , got with dispatch while on hold, had 2 service techs on the premises within 3 hours. Today, on one of the hottest days of the summer, my A/C stopped without warning. Fortunately, Rich from Meyer’s came out, well within the timeframe I was promised. While I was seeing $$$ regarding my fairly old cooling system, Rich was able to make some minor repairs. Now, the A/C is cooling off my home, and the charges were minimal and reasonable. Called Meyer’s this morning due to my furnace not working since last night. Called at 8:30am today and Robert from Meyer’s was here by 10:15am. Nice, considering the very cold temps recently often causing delays with service calls. Robert diagnosed the problem and replaced the igniter within 45 minutes. He also did maintenance that probably caused the igniter to fail. Service call, parts and labor were reasonable. Will definitely call again with any HVAC issues in the future. Arlim and Tyler did a stellar job on my furnace install. They were polite, courteous, efficient and very respectful. I’ve used them a couple of times now for heating, air-conditioning and plumbing. Prompt service with call-ins before they arrive. Replaced my entire HVAC system and they did a professional job. Had an issue with the A/C unit where it turned on anytime the furnace turned on, but they came back the next day and fixed it. Would definitely recommend them for any work they do.

Ordered and replaced faulty furnace part. The first technician did not figure out the problem, but the second one we called two days later did. They did not charge a weekend charge for the second call since the first one wasn’t handled properly. Have used them before and been satisfied with work.
Heating and A/C. I really don’t know about the price, I guess compared with what I’ve seen on television, advertised prices. This is the first time we’ve had central air. They have good quality service.
Saturday Night repair on the furnace (very cold outside). Great, service person was over within an hour, work was done quickly and I was all warm and cozy again!
I have used Meyer’s several times for both plumbing and electrical work. The technicians are skilled, professional and friendly. It’s a comfort to know that any issue I have will be handled correctly. They are also very responsive in terms of a quick turnaround time which is great! All the employees deserve a big hand. Very well my latest issue was a root problem that went all the way out to the alley. Water was backing up in the basement. The plumber handled it quickly and without issue.
New AC & installed zoning. Few challenges with the install but in the end, they fixed the problem. Would hire again.
The install went very well with the first of the two fans, but the second one was more difficult. The serviceman said that it would have been very challenging for us to do this install by ourselves, which we were going to try to do. Then we decided to have a pro do it since electrical work is not something to mess with if you do not have the knowledge. Now I’m extremely glad we had Meyers do this for us. It took him a while to get the second one done due to the wiring being cut too short and I wanted it as close to the ceiling as possible, without the extension bar. The fans work great and run nice and quiet.
