A Maintenance Plan That Treats You Like a V.I.P.

Regular maintenance is the key to an efficient and properly running heating system. For only $15 a month, or a flat rate of $180 each year, Meyer’s Company’s Whole Home V.I.P. Program gives Highland homeowners complete peace of mind in regards to their home’s heating and cooling needs. You can rest easy knowing that scheduled maintenance of your HVAC system is covered.

In the late spring or early summer, we will make sure your air conditioner is ready for the summer heat. Spring/Summer maintenance includes but is not limited to: cleaning the condenser coil, checking Freon levels and fan operation, lubricating the condenser and blower motor, inspecting the condensate train, and calibrating the thermostat. Before the winter we check your unit again to ensure it’s ready for the cold to come. The Fall/Winter maintenance includes checking the fan and gas valve, clean and adjust the pilot light and burners, check the thermocouple and inspect the heat exchanger.

Even with proper maintenance, issues sometimes arise. Whole Home V.I.P. Program members receive a 15% discount on all repairs, priority scheduling over non-agreement customers, and emergency services are charged at our regular rate, you pay no overtime charges!
